How do I get started?

All you have to do is email us with what .com names you are interested in. We will email you back within 24 hours and let you know which ones are available for you.

Once I find a domain name I want, what do we do?

Go to this page to fill out your billing information. We will register your website within 24 hours of you submitting your information.

So I have the domain name registered. How do I send you the information for design setup?

Just email us your categories, products, prices, etc. and we will setup your website for you.

Once my website is all setup and finished, what do I do about updating and adding new items?

We handle all updates to your site for you.  That includes new items, and removal of items.  If you have Microsoft Frontpage software, we can give you access so you can login and update your site as often as you like.

How do people order from my website?

If you have signed up for the BCentral.com shopping cart and merchant account then the customer will fill out all there billing information, and you will then receive and email with this list of items ordered and total.  We also offer the PayPal Ordering System.

When the items are shipped you will login to the BCentral.com system and mark the order as shipped.  Funds will be deposited directly to your bank account every 2 weeks.

If you have not signed up for the BCentral.com system then your customers will either email or call in there orders to you.

Are there any monthly fees for the shopping cart and merchant account?

BCentral charges a low fee of just $24.95 a month.  There are no setup fees.
